How do I know what my arrangement will look like?
We send a photo of your actual arrangement before it leaves our shop. That way, you’ll see exactly what’s being delivered—no surprises, just stunning flowers.
What if I need flowers delivered today?
We offer same-day delivery across Westchester County, Fairfield County, and New York City for orders placed by 2 PM. Just choose your arrangement, and our team will hand-deliver it the same day.
Can I customize an arrangement?
All of our arrangements are custom-designed by one of our designers. Special requests regarding palette, floral selection, and more can be noted at checkout—and we'll always do our best to accommodate. For more detailed customization, feel free to give us a call at (914) 834-4900, and we'll be happy to talk through the options with you.
Do you deliver to my area?
We offer same-day delivery to most of Westchester, Fairfield County, and NYC. Enter your zip code at checkout or reach out to confirm—we’re happy to check for you.

Where do you deliver?
We deliver throughout Westchester County, Fairfield County, and New York City. Same-day delivery is available for most locations if ordered by 2PM.

We’ll keep you in the loop every step of the way. Once your flowers are out for delivery, you'll receive a notification. If you ever have questions about the status of your order, our team is happy to assist—just reach out and we’ll provide an update right away.
Not home? We've got you covered.
We’ll call when we arrive — and if it’s okay to leave the arrangement, we’ll find a safe place to keep it protected.
If that’s not possible, we’ll happily reschedule your delivery so your flowers are received in perfect condition.

How Your Flowers Arrive
Thoughtfully Packaged, Delivered with Care
Every order is hand-delivered—not shipped—by our trusted team or local delivery partners. Your arrangement arrives in a sturdy, upright floral transport box or carrier, designed to keep the flowers fresh and upright. A care card is included with every order, along with your personal message.
We never use cardboard shipping boxes or plastic sleeves. Just beautiful, ready-to-enjoy flowers—arranged, hydrated, and photo-ready.
