General Flower Ordering

Do you offer same-day delivery?

Yes! We offer same-day flower delivery across Westchester, NYC, and Fairfield County for orders placed by 2:00 PM. Delivery windows can be selected at checkout for added convenience.

Can I request a specific flower or color?

We’ll always do our best to honor specific flower or color requests. However, availability depends on the season and market supply. If we need to make substitutions, we’ll preserve your palette and overall look.

What happens if no one is home at the time of delivery?

We’ll attempt to leave the flowers in a safe, shaded location or with a doorman/neighbor if appropriate. If we cannot safely leave the arrangement, we’ll contact the sender or recipient for next steps. We will always call the recipient and leave a message that we left the flowers or arrange an alternate delivery time.

Can I include a gift message?

Absolutely. You’ll be prompted to write a custom message at checkout, which we’ll print on a notecard and include with your order.

Flower Subscriptions

How does the flower subscription work?

Choose your preferred style (vase arrangement or hand-tied bouquet), delivery frequency (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly), and price point. Your card will be charged per delivery, and you can pause, skip, or cancel anytime.

Can I send a subscription as a gift?

Yes! You can gift a subscription and add our Subscription Gift Box, which includes a preserved rose and printed gift certificate for a beautiful first impression.

Will I receive the same flowers every time?

No—our subscriptions are seasonal and ever-changing. Each delivery features the freshest blooms available, curated around your style preferences and the time of year.

Do I get a discount with a subscription?

Yes! Subscribers receive a 10% flower bonus with every delivery, resulting in fuller, more abundant arrangements.

Weddings & Events

How far in advance should I book wedding flowers?

We recommend booking 6–12 months in advance for weddings and major events. For smaller-scale events, 2–4 months is typically sufficient. However, we’ll always do our best to accommodate short notice when possible.

Do you offer consultations?

Yes! We offer a complimentary consultation with one of our wedding specialists to discuss your vision, venue, and floral needs. After our meeting, you’ll receive a personalized proposal and mood board.

Do you have a minimum for wedding floral services?

Yes. Our wedding floral minimum is $3,000, which allows us to deliver our high standard of design and service. This includes personal flowers, ceremony décor, and reception arrangements.

Do you provide on-site setup and breakdown?

Absolutely. We manage full floral delivery, setup, and post-event breakdown to ensure a seamless experience on your big day.

Workshops & Private Classes

How often do you host floral workshops?

We host monthly floral design workshops —typically around major holidays or floral highlights like spring peonies and fall dahlias. Check our Workshops page or Instagram for upcoming dates.

Can I book a private floral class for a group?

Yes! We offer private floral experiences for birthdays, team-building events, bridal showers, and more. These can take place at our studio or off-site depending on group size.

Do I need any experience to join a workshop?

Not at all! Our classes are designed for all skill levels. We provide everything you need—including flowers, tools, and guidance from our expert designers.

Shipping & Delivery

Do you ship flowers nationwide?

No. All of our arrangements are hand-delivered locally to ensure freshness and presentation. We currently deliver in Westchester, NYC, and parts of Fairfield County.

What is your delivery fee?

Our delivery fee is calculated by distance. Our standard delivery fee starts $18, with additional surcharges for timed delivery windows (e.g., Before 10 AM: +$20). You’ll see all options at checkout.

Can I choose a delivery time?

Yes. You can select from the following delivery windows at checkout:

  • Anytime (9AM–5PM)
  • Before 10AM (+$20)
  • Before Noon (+$10)
  • Early Afternoon (12–3PM, +$5)
Do you deliver outside the local area?

For delivery outside of 25 miles from our location, your arrangement will be crafted and hand-delivered by our verified local network of florists near you. 

Payments, Refunds & Cancellations

What if I’m unhappy with my flowers?

Customer satisfaction is at the heart of what we do. If you’re not fully satisfied, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll make it right—whether with a remake or refund.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders may be canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery. Please call us at (914) 834-4900 for assistance.

When is my card charged for subscriptions?

Your card will be charged on the day of each scheduled delivery. You’ll only be billed for the deliveries you receive.
