The Flower Bar is a full-service luxury florist offering everything from same-day delivery within 25 miles of Larchmont, NY to event décor, corporate and home décor, subscriptions, and holiday décor. 


Delivery Services

Do you offer same-day delivery?

Yes, we offer same-day delivery anywhere within 25 miles of our Larchmont. Same-day orders within Larchmont, Mamaroneck, and New Rochelle must be placed by 1 p.m. EST. and orders outside of our immediate delivery area must be placed by 12 p.m. EST. We can arrange for delivery anywhere in the United States, Canada, and Europe through our exclusive network of florists. 

How much is your delivery fee?

For orders within our delivery zone, the fee is calculated by road distance with the first half-mile at $16.50.  For orders outside of our delivery zone, there is a service fee of $15 and a delivery fee of $30. 

Do you have a minimum for delivery?

Yes, our minimum amount for delivery is $75 (not including tax and delivery fees). For orders outside of our delivery zone, the minimum amount is $100 (not including tax, delivery, and service fees).  

When will my flowers be delivered?, 

Your flowers will be delivered on the date selected.  There is a modest surcharge for a rush delivery, delivery before a certain time or between a certain time-frame. Otherwise, we will deliver your order as soon as we can and certainly before the end of the day. Delivery times for orders to funeral homes and churches are checked, confirmed and delivered at no additional charge. 

What if the recipient isn’t home?

Weather permitting, we will leave the order at the door and leave a message with the recipient telling them there is a delivery at their door. If we are unable to leave the flowers, we will still leave a message to arrange for delivery at a later date. It is vital that we have the recipients cell phone number to ensure delivery. 

Will you let me know when the flowers are delivered?

Yes! You will receive an email confirmation sent to your email address when the flowers have been delivered. The confirmation will contain either a photograph of the gift by the door or a note confirming who accepted the gift. 


Flower Care

What is the best way to care for my flowers?

Some flower varieties last longer than others. You can often extend the life of your flowers with proper care. Top off the water every day as the flowers will take in water from their stems. If the water becomes cloudy or murky, replace it immediately. Keep your flowers out of direct sunlight and away from heating and cooling vents, and drafts from windows, doors, and fans. Flowers should not be displayed on top of televisions, refrigerators, radiators or any other appliances. We pride ourselves on the quality of our flowers. Please let us know immediately if you experience any issues with your flowers. 


Replacement/Refund

What is your flower replacement policy?

There are myriad factors that can affect the longevity of your flowers. If your flowers arrive damaged or not up to standards, we will replace them free of charge. Please notify us within 3 days and we will organize a replacement delivery ASAP. Please include pictures so we can evaluate what the issue may be. After 3 days, we are unable to issue any credit or discount for the floral arrangement purchase.

What is your orchid and plant replacement policy?

For plants or orchids, if your item arrives damaged or not up to standards, please contact us within 14 days to address the issue. After 14 days we are unable to replace your order.


Substitutions

What if you don’t have the exact flowers or container pictured? 

The Flower Bar designs are always created with the freshest seasonal flowers in our signature style and we may not be able to use the same flowers or container shown in the photograph. We will do our best to design the arrangement in the same color palette and style. If we are unable to create a comparable design, we will contact you with your options. 


Payment

What forms of payment do you accept?

We currently accept payments from all major credit card companies, including American Express. In addition, we accept payments from Google and Apple Pay.


Cancellation

What if I have to cancel or change the delivery date of my order?

Once you have placed your order, you can contact us to cancel your order no later than 24 hours before your chosen delivery date. For Same Day deliveries, you must cancel within 30 minutes of placing your order. Once an order is out for delivery, we cannot be responsible for any cancellations.


Events

What kind of events do you do? 

We are happy to provide flowers for dinner parties, corporate events, birthday get-togethers, bridal showers, baby showers, etc. We love to create décor for larger events like weddings, bar/bat mitzvahs, and corporate events, We can provide everything, from bouquets, centerpieces, and ceremony flowers to lighting, draping, linens, chairs, and ceiling décor. We specialize in events within Westchester, Fairfield, Rockland Counties, and New York City but will travel for destination weddings or weddings anywhere in the country. 


Subscriptions and Home Decor

Do you offer subscriptions?

We offer both home and office subscriptions. If you like, we are happy to come to your home or office so we can make our best recommendation.  Subscriptions are weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly and can be for 3, 6, or 12 months. You also have the option to continue the subscription until you cancel. We prefer to charge your credit card when we deliver the flowers, but you can also arrange pre-payment if that is your preference. Let us know if you need to pause or change a date. Please let us know if there are any preferences in style, color or flowers. 


Do you offer holiday decor services?

Yes! We offer holiday decor services, including Christmas tree installations and decorating, wreaths, lighting, outdoor containers, and garlands.
